Packaging
S.O.H. Sleepy Baby Bouquets are made to order and every effort is made to assemble bouquets securely within their packaging. A complimentary message card is attached to all gifts.
All bouquets are elegantly wrapped in a soft non-woven, coloured tissue and (except large boxed items) are placed in a display box with a clear lid for delivery.
Dependent on delivery requirements, location and size (i.e. Regional /Interstate) some gifts may be encased directly in a shipping box to ensure utmost integrity and quality when arriving at their destination.
Quality
We are very conscious of using products of the highest quality. All infant garments are included with the best intent and are chosen on the basis of being non-irritant, low fire danger and made from natural fibres. S.O.H. Sleepy Baby Bouquets prefers to use cotton fibres where available for singlets, sock, bibs, wraps, bodysuits and romper suits.
Our motto is simple.
If we wouldn't buy it for our baby, then we don't expect you to buy it for yours.
Sizing
All gifts are made up from sizes 000, 00, and 0 unless otherwise specified as one size fits all. If you have a specific request for size, we will do all we can to accommodate this.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to determine a suitable exchange or refund on purchase.
Damaged goods must be advised by phone within 2 days of receipt otherwise no claims will be accepted.

Sleepy Baby Bouquet will endeavor to reproduce as closely as possible the image pictured on line, however, some variations in clothing colours and fabric prints may arise due to availability of garments. Whatever the design request, we can guarantee an impressive gift will result. If we cannot supply a particular product we will advise at the time of ordering.
Your gift selection will leave us as scheduled and looking perfect. Whilst effort is made to meet delivery schedules, we cannot provide guarantees. We are in the hands of our couriers and they make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and safely.
