Methods of Payment
• Credit card (Visa & Mastercard & AMEX) can be processed using PayPal or via phone.
• Electronic transfer (for direct deposit -
BSB: 063882 - Account #: 10272796)
• C.O.D. (only if gift is being picked up directly from our studio and by arrangement)
 
Delivery 
 
Our gift prices are exclusive of delivery, with the exception of those which indicate flat rate AUSwide Express Post delivery in the price. 
 
Our delivery service operates in from Monday to Friday.
 
Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be dispatched next business day.
 
Weekend or express same day deliveries are by special arrangement and may incur extra charges.
 
To keep our costs economical we use a combination of (non-critical) courier and postal services.  We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt.  All orders are dispatched from the S.O.H Sleepy premises in Warranwood, Victoria (Melbourne)
 
Gifts can be collected from our premises strictly by prior arrangement only.

 Orders will be delivered the next business day if order is placed by 1pm.

Melbourne Metropolitan same day service
 A limited same day delivery service is strictly by arrangement and dependent on location.

Outer Metropolitan
 Orders will be delivered the next business day if order is placed before 1pm of the previous day.

Victoria Country
 Orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days dependent on location.

Interstate
 All orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days depending of location.

Other Locations
 Delivery time and cost will depend on location

 
Acceptance of Delivery
 
In the interest of security, all deliveries must be received at a fixed address; not a post office box.
 
Given our use of combined courier and postal services, if the recipient is not available to receive the gift at the address provided, a calling card may be left.  We do not encourage deliveries be left unattended unless expressly authorised by the customer at the time of ordering. 
 
We are happy to offer client consignment tracking on all deliveries however we do not receive automatic confirmation from our couriers of delivery.  It is therefore the responsibility of customers to advise us if goods are not received within 2 days of the delivery guidelines.
 

 
Hospital Deliveries
 
These days it is very common for Mums to have shorter hospital stays.  Whether in hospital or at a residential/business address, providing us with as many delivery details as possible makes for less confusion and avoids a re-direction fee being charged. 
 
Here’s what we need: -
1. Recipient’s full name (Mother's admission name, not baby)
2. Hospital name and suburb
3. Ward & Room number (if available)
4. Discharge date (Patient could leave earlier than anticipated)
